Mentor coach UK & beyond

A mentor coach supports you (the coach), in the UK and beyond (online), to focus your learning on your coaching skills and competencies (ACC / PCC) rather than any other aspect of your coaching practice, you as a coach or any other topics that aren't about the development of your coaching skills.

For each of the one-to-one sessions with your mentor coach, you’ll send me (the mentor coach) a 30 minute recorded session before we meet. We’ll reflect together on this and decide on action points for you to work on. We will use the PCC markers for both ACC and PCC level coaching as they offer a more comprehensive and specific focus on your coaching skills.

Find out more information about the ICF PCC markers.

Working with a mentor coach is required for International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing - 10 hours in total and 3 of these hours must be one-to-one.

The 10 hours of working with a mentor coach should take place over a minimum of three months, which allows time for a repeated cycle of your reflection, receiving feedback from your mentor coach and putting this into practice with your clients.

You might also consider working with a mentor coach as part of your general development as a coach.

The hours you log from working with a mentor coach contribute to your ICF CCE hours.

To get started, please book a free discovery call where we can talk about mentor coaching options and agree how we want to take it forward.
